The Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation in accordance with the Board for Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operators now offers failing examination candidates the opportunity to review their examination results.
The failing candidate must make a written request for an exam review which must be received no later than 30 days after the failing notification is issued.
A one hour appointment will then be scheduled for the candidate to review the failed questions and the correct answers at the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. No materials may be brought in or out of the review. Proctors are not allowed to answer questions nor provide explanations concerning failed questions and correct answers.
A candidate may review only once per exam administration. No appeals of answers or scores are available.
This service is being offered at no charge to assist candidates in preparing for and passing the examination.
