The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Program provides funding for various technical assistance activities and construction projects. The DWSRF Program receives both Federal and State funding.
Each Spring the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) solicits input from the public in order to prepare VDH's Annual Use Plan (IUP). The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reviews and approves the IUP as a part of VDH's capitalization grant application. More on Virginia's DWRSF.
